Most event registration systems are software companies guessing at what the door is like. EventHAUS is the opposite: it exists because FrontHAUS runs registration and check-in for real Singapore events — government roadshows, bank dinners and festival gates — and needed a system that survives them. Every module was added because a live event demanded it.

At the door it pairs with our self-service event check-in kiosk app for instant badge printing, and with facial-recognition check-in when the queue has to disappear entirely. Need hardware? Is EventHAUS an event registration system for Singapore events?

Yes — EventHAUS is the event registration and check-in system built by FrontHAUS, a Singapore event house. We run our own client events on it — CPF, OCBC and Sentosa among them — and license it for events we don’t run.

What check-in methods does it support?

QR code, NFC and facial recognition (via FrontHAUS AI), plus self-service kiosk check-in with instant badge printing. Group check-in lets one QR admit a whole family or delegation.

Does check-in keep working if the venue Wi-Fi drops?

Yes. The Kiosk check-in app runs offline and syncs when the network returns, so the door never stops moving.

Can FrontHAUS run registration on-site for us?

Yes — self-service check-in kiosks, badge printers and trained crew are available as an on-site service, or rent the hardware from our catalogue and run it with your own team.

How is guest data handled?

PDPA-first: guest data is collected for the event, handled under PDPA-aligned practices and never resold. Details are on our Trust & compliance page.

What does EventHAUS cost?
