Event ticketing

Event ticketing system in Singapore, run by the people who work the gate.

Sell tickets on a page that carries your name, then scan them at a gate that keeps moving. EventHAUS is the ticketing and check-in system FrontHAUS runs its own Singapore events on, and licenses to organisers who run their own.

One ticket list, all the way through.

The ticket a guest buys is the record the gate scans, the record the badge prints from, and the record in the report afterwards. Nothing gets exported between a ticketing tool and a check-in tool the night before.

01

Sell

A branded event page on your own web address, with paid tickets, free registration, approvals for invite-only lists, seat maps with reserved seating, and one booking flow for a single show or a bill of fifty experiences.

02

Admit

The ticket a guest bought is the QR the gate scans. One QR can admit a whole family or group, and the same list drives NFC, facial-recognition and self-service kiosk check-in with a badge printed on the spot.

03

Report

Live attendance as the gate opens, then attendance, engagement and outcome reporting once the event is over. Your headcount is the people who walked in, not the tickets you sold.

A ticketing system that stays out of the picture.

Most ticketing platforms make themselves the middleman. Ticket money runs through their account, emails go out from their address, and their name sits at the bottom of everything your guests see. FrontHAUS started in 2018 as a fairer way to sell tickets for the arts, with lower fees and no hidden costs, and EventHAUS is built the same way round: the money lands in your account, the messages carry your name, and the event page lives on your web address.

Every organiser's setup is walled off from the next, so one event's bad day cannot reach another. Ticket holder data is handled PDPA-first, and the detail is on our Trust and compliance page. The longer version of why we build it this way is in Your event, your name on everything.

Ticketing 50-plus experiences for Zentosa Fest.

Zentosa Fest was Sentosa's first wellness festival, with over 50 experiences on the bill and beachside glamping on top. We built the site ticketing-first: one clear path to book a single experience, another for the glamping, and demo pages that walked people through the choices so nobody got lost. Then we stayed on through the weekend, running comms between Sentosa and ticket holders when the weather forced cancellations.

Selling a ticket on a sunny day is easy. The real test is when a few hundred people need to know what is going on, fast and in plain terms. We treat that as part of the job.

Scan the ticket you sold, at a door that keeps moving.

At the gate, EventHAUS pairs with the Kiosk check-in app on self-service stations, which keeps checking people in if the venue network drops and syncs when it returns. One QR admits a whole group, the way one ticket, four people explains. For a zero-touch gate, add facial-recognition check-in.

Rent the check-in kiosks and tablets and badge printers and run the gate with your own people, or have our on-site check-in crew handle it. Running a conference rather than a festival? The delegate version is on our conference registration system page, and the event check-in guide covers QR vs RFID vs face and beating the peak-arrival queue.

Event ticketing questions, answered.

Is EventHAUS an event ticketing system?

Yes. EventHAUS is the event registration, ticketing and check-in system built by FrontHAUS, a Singapore event house. It sells paid tickets and takes free registrations on a branded event page, handles approvals, seat maps and multi-session programmes, and checks the same tickets at the gate by QR, NFC or facial recognition.

Where does the ticket money go?

Into your account, not ours. We do not take a cut on the way through and we do not sit on your funds. You set your own prices and your own timing.

Do guests see your brand or ours?

Yours. The event page runs on your own web address with your own look, and the confirmation, the reminder and the "your pass is ready" note all go out under your name.

Can one ticket cover a group?

Yes. The person booking gets one ticket for the whole group. Scan it at the gate and your team sees the group and a headcount, so a family of four does not queue four times.

Can we rent the gate hardware or have FrontHAUS run it?

Both. Check-in kiosks, tablets and badge printers are in our rental catalogue, delivered and set up anywhere in Singapore, and our on-site crew can run the gate for you.

What happens to ticket holder data?

PDPA-first: it is collected for your event, handled under PDPA-aligned practices and never resold. Every organiser's setup is walled off from the next, so your data never mixes with another client's.
