Ticketing 50+ experiences for Zentosa Fest
A ticketing-first website for Sentosa's inaugural wellness festival — over 50 experiences, beachside glamping, and live event support through the weather.

Zentosa Fest was Sentosa's first wellness festival, and with over 50 experiences on offer, the website had one job above all others: ticketing that didn't get in the way.
We built it ticketing-first, with two clear pathways — book an individual experience, or the beachside glamping option — and demo pages to make the choices easy to follow. Then we stayed on through the event itself, acting as the communication bridge between Sentosa and attendees, including handling weather-related cancellations.
That last part is the unglamorous half of event tech. Anyone can sell a ticket on a sunny day; the value shows up when the weather turns and a few hundred people need to know what's happening, quickly and clearly. Being there for that is part of the job, not an extra.
