Conference registration

Conference registration system in Singapore, built by the team that runs the door.

Delegate registration, approvals and ticketing online, then QR or face check-in with a badge printed on arrival. EventHAUS is the registration system FrontHAUS runs its own Singapore conferences on, and licenses to organisers who run their own.

One delegate list, all the way through.

The delegate who registers is the record that opens the door, the record the badge prints from, and the record that shows up in the report afterwards. Nothing gets exported between tools the night before.

01

Before the conference

A branded event page with the registration form, paid ticketing where you need it, approvals for invite-only lists, and multi-session management for tracks and breakouts.

02

At the door

QR, NFC or facial-recognition check-in, a badge printed the moment a delegate arrives, and group check-in so one QR admits a whole delegation.

03

During and after

Live attendance as the room fills, then attendance, engagement and outcome reporting for every session once it is over.

How we laid out registration at EDB Connect 2026.

EDB Connect brings together companies investing in Singapore for a morning of briefings and networking, the kind of invite-only event where the front door is the first impression. We ran six counters: four self-check-in kiosks for pre-registered delegates and two staffed counters for walk-ins and anyone who needed a hand. A thermal printer beside every station meant a badge was in hand seconds after check-in, with no pre-printed sheets and no alphabetical hunting.

Splitting self-service from staffed is what keeps a queue moving when everyone arrives in the same fifteen minutes. Pre-registered delegates move themselves through, which frees the staffed counters for the few who need a person. The guest list and every check-in ran on EventHAUS, with the Kiosk check-in app on the self-service stations.

The kit a conference registration desk is built from.

Each piece rents on its own, delivered and set up anywhere in Singapore. Add on-site crew and the whole door is handled.

Want the door fully handled? Our on-site event check-in services cover kiosks, badge printing, NFC access control and trained crew. For a zero-touch door, add facial-recognition check-in.

Microphones, PA and WiFi from the same house.

Need the room as well as the door? We do conference microphone rental (Shure BLX wireless handhelds for the lectern, the panel and roaming Q&A) with a sound and PA system sized to the hall and sound-checked before doors, and event WiFi that holds up when a full venue hits registration at once.

Conference registration questions, answered.

Is EventHAUS a conference registration system?

Yes. EventHAUS is the event registration and check-in system built by FrontHAUS, a Singapore event house. It handles the registration form, approvals, ticketing and multi-session management before the day, and QR, NFC or facial-recognition check-in with badge printing at the venue.

Can one person check in a whole delegation?

Yes. Group check-in lets one QR admit a family or a delegation, so a company sending six people does not queue six times.

Does it work for invite-only conferences?

Yes. Registrations can sit behind approvals, so only the people you confirm get a ticket. EDB Connect 2026, an invite-only event for companies investing in Singapore, ran its guest list and every check-in on EventHAUS.

Can we rent the check-in hardware and run it ourselves?

Yes. Check-in kiosks, tablets and Zebra badge printers are in our rental catalogue, delivered and set up in Singapore. If you would rather not staff the door, add on-site registration crew and we run it.

What happens if the venue Wi-Fi drops?

The Kiosk check-in app keeps checking delegates in offline and syncs when the network returns. For a door on its own connection, add a 4G router from the catalogue.

How is delegate data handled?

PDPA-first: delegate data is collected for the conference, handled under PDPA-aligned practices and never resold. Details are on our Trust and compliance page.
