The Prism Roam 32 Ultra is a free-standing 32" Android touch screen. Wrap it in your event branding and we set it up for your exact check-in flow. Add the integrated badge printing module and a guest goes from arrival to printed badge without talking to anyone. The same screen runs a live virtual-queue / now-serving display when you need it.
Setup and placement
Screens turn up pre-configured on their stand, so you switch them on and go. Most rooms run best on a mix. Keep a couple of staffed counters for the guests who want a hand, and let the kiosks take everyone else as fast self-service lanes. We'll help you place them so the flow reads from the door without anyone having to ask where to go.
Frequently asked
Does it print badges? With the optional module, yes. A Zebra thermal printer sits inside the unit and prints the badge the moment someone checks in.
Facial check-in - is that available? Yes, on events that opt in, and only for guests who consent. It's the same tech we run on our managed jobs.
Should we still have staffed counters? Most events run both. Add an on-site crew member to walk first-timers through it and keep the lanes moving.
