Printers arrive with a media roll, cabled and ready to pair with our tablet and touch screen check-in. We bring spare rolls and can match badge stock to your design. For multi-lane registration, rent several and we'll balance them across counters.

What badge sizes and designs work? Standard event badge sizes; we'll confirm stock against your artwork and lanyard inserts.
How many printers do we need? Roughly one per one to two check-in lanes, depending on your arrival curve. We'll size it with you.
Do they need their own network? They pair over USB or network with the check-in stations. Add a TP-Link 4G+ WiFi router for a setup that never waits on the venue.
