On-demand badges, no ink
Pre-printing badges is a guessing game. You end up with alphabetised boxes, a table full of no-show badges, and nothing at all for the people who register at the door. Thermal printing skips the guesswork. A guest checks in, the badge prints in seconds, and it's the right one every time.
The ZD420T is the printer we run on government and corporate registration jobs. It's direct thermal, so there's no ink and no ribbon to run dry. You load a media roll and it keeps printing clean badges through a full day of arrivals.
Delivery, media and pairing
Printers show up cabled and loaded with a media roll, ready to pair with our tablet and touch screen check-in. We bring spare rolls and can match the badge stock to your design. Running several lanes? Rent a few and we'll balance them across the counters.
Frequently asked
What badge sizes and designs work? Standard event badge sizes. We'll confirm the stock against your artwork and lanyard inserts before the day.
How many printers do we need? Figure one printer for every one to two check-in lanes, depending on how bunched your arrivals are. We'll size it with you.
Do they need their own network? They pair with the check-in stations over USB or network. Add a TP-Link 4G+ WiFi router if you'd rather not wait on the venue's WiFi.
