Wi-Fi 7 for the venue with a real uplink
When the site has a proper wired or fibre line, you want a router that can actually use it. The Archer BE230 is Wi-Fi 7 with 2.5-gigabit WAN and LAN ports, so it takes a fast uplink and turns it into low-latency, high-throughput coverage — ideal for packed rooms, 4K streaming and live production where lots of devices hammer the network at once.
Wi-Fi 7's MLO (Multi-Link Operation) keeps connections stable across bands, and EasyMesh lets us extend coverage across a larger floor.
When to use this vs 4G
Use the BE230 when there's a wired/fibre line to plug into — it's the high-capacity option. With no fixed line, the cellular TP-Link MR500 gets you online over a SIM instead.

Does it need a wired internet line? Yes — it's a router for a wired/fibre uplink, not cellular. For SIM-based connectivity use the MR500.
