Got a proper wired or fibre line at the venue? Then you want a router that can actually use it. The Archer BE230 runs Wi-Fi 7 with 2.5-gigabit WAN and LAN ports. It takes that fast uplink and turns it into low-latency coverage for packed rooms, 4K streaming and live production, the nights where hundreds of devices all hit the network at once.
Wi-Fi 7's MLO (Multi-Link Operation) holds a connection steady across bands, so a device doesn't drop every time it hops. Bigger floor to cover? EasyMesh lets us extend it with more nodes.
When to use this vs 4G
Reach for the BE230 when there's a wired or fibre line to plug into. That's the high-capacity option and where it earns its keep. No fixed line at the site? The cellular TP-Link MR500 (4G+) or Archer NX500 (5G) gets you online over a SIM instead. And if the coverage has to go outdoors, pair the uplink with the EAP772-Outdoor Wi-Fi 7 AP.

Does it need a wired internet line? Yes. It's a router for a wired or fibre uplink, not cellular. If a SIM is all you've got to work with, grab the MR500 instead.
