The hub that ties the sound together
When you've got a couple of mics, some background music and maybe a DJ or laptop feed, something has to balance all of it and push one clean mix to the speakers. That's the mixer's job. The MG10XUF gives you four of Yamaha's Class-A D-PRE mic preamps, 3-band EQ and a high-pass filter on every channel, onboard SPX effects for a bit of reverb on vocals, and, unlike the knob-only MG10XU, proper linear faders so you can ride levels smoothly through a set.
The USB audio runs both ways, so you can play music straight off a laptop and record the room back to the same machine.
Setup
Mics, music and the DJ all plug in here, and one stereo output feeds your powered speakers. We set gain and dial in the effects during sound-check. Want a client streaming off a phone? Add an Xvive Bluetooth receiver and drop it into a spare channel.
