A virtual makers' market for OCBC FRANK
A festive-season virtual marketplace for OCBC's FRANK - local makers showcased and sold, with rewards, workshops and a daily minigame.

For the 2021 festive season, OCBC's youth brand FRANK didn't want to run another sale. They wanted to give Singaporean makers a real platform, and give cardholders a reason to spend an afternoon browsing it.
So we built FRANK Maker's Market, a virtual shopping experience where local makers sold everything from food and apparel to accessories and wellness products. A shop on its own is just a checkout, so we built in the things that pull people back: a promo-code rewards system for FRANK and OCBC cardholders, maker workshops, and a daily Word Search minigame.
Any marketplace is easy to build and hard to make fun. The fun lives in the small loops. A reward to chase. A game to check each morning. That's what turns a list of products into somewhere people actually come back to.
