Registration for the MHA Scholarships Tea Session 2026
Tablet check-in and instant badge printing for the Ministry of Home Affairs Scholarships Tea Session on 24 January.

On 24 January we ran registration for the Ministry of Home Affairs Scholarships Tea Session 2026 — the event where prospective scholars meet the people behind the uniformed and civilian careers they're considering. It's a warm, personal occasion, and the front door should feel that way too: quick, welcoming, and never a bottleneck.
Guests scanned the QR code from their invitation at a tablet, confirmed their details, and their name badge printed at the counter beside them in a couple of seconds. Anyone who turned up without pre-registering could sign up on the spot at the same station — no separate queue, no hunting through a printed list.

The kit is deliberately unremarkable: a tablet for self check-in, a thermal printer for the badge, and a clean welcome screen. That's the whole point. For an event where the first conversation matters, the registration desk's job is to get out of the way so the day can start on the right note.
