Events for Education
University, academic and youth events, delivered with the accessibility and scale the sector needs.
Open houses, academic conferences, convocations and student engagement programmes for universities, schools and research institutions. Every attendee matters at these events, and so does every parent in the room. We build in accessibility from the start and deliver reliably, at whatever scale the day calls for.
What we bring to a campus event
- Registration and check-in on EventHAUS, our own audience registration system: registration forms, approvals and ticketing for open houses and convocations, then QR or kiosk check-in at the door with self-service kiosks and badge printing.
- Conference microphone rental for academic conferences and symposiums: Shure BLX wireless handhelds for the lectern, the panel and audience Q&A, with a sound and PA system sized to the hall and sound-checked before doors.
- Event WiFi that holds up when a whole cohort connects at once, and on-site registration crew so your own staff stay with the guests.
